For rugby coaches

Pitch Plans is where the session lives from Sunday night to Tuesday's last whistle. Build it block by block, run it to the minute from the touchline, and send players and parents a link that needs no login.

Invite-only while we work with a first group of clubs.

A Tuesday senior squad session of five blocks totalling 73 minutes: warm-up and handling for 12 minutes, ruck contest for 15, defensive line speed for 20, game scenario for 18, and an 8 minute warm-down. The second block is currently running.

An example session. Time is sped up.

What it does

The whole session, in one place

Most clubs run training off a spreadsheet that one person owns and nobody else can read on a phone in the rain. This is that spreadsheet, rebuilt for the job it actually does.

Build the session block by block

Give every block a duration, a coach and the kit it needs — or split it, and run forwards and backs at the same time on one clock. Drag to reorder and the times recalculate down the whole session. Save one as a plan and start next week from it.

Fields on every block
Groups · Minutes · Coach · Focus · Equipment · Notes

A drill library that remembers

Write a drill up once, with diagrams and photos. Pull it into any session and its detail, focus and equipment come with it.

Live

Run it from the touchline

Start the session and work down the blocks. Pause when a scrum needs resetting. The clock is held on the server, so a flat battery or a locked phone doesn't lose your place.

Share a link, not a PDF

Every session has a read-only link. Players and parents open it on a phone — no account, no app, no attachment nobody can read.

Built for more than one squad

Switch between the squads you coach. Invite the rest of your staff by email and give them the sessions they need. Bring existing plans in from a spreadsheet.

How it works

Three verbs, in order

  1. Sunday night

    Plan

Open last week's session, change what didn't work, drop in two drills from the library. Ten minutes at the kitchen table.

  2. Tuesday, 19:00

    Run

Phone in your pocket, session on the screen. Start the clock, work the blocks, pause when you need to. Everyone knows what's next.

  3. Before and after

    Share

Send the link to the squad WhatsApp. Players arrive knowing the plan; parents know when it finishes.

We're onboarding clubs one at a time

Pitch Plans is invite-only for now, so we can sit with each club and get the setup right. Tell us who you coach and we'll be in touch.
